Lady Lazarus tape bound to chair

Lady Lazarus just got back from a jog when her creepy neighbor who has been hiding in her house comes from behind and grabs her. He tied her up to a chair with duct tape and gags her with tape. He gets his hands all over her and unzips her jacket to expose her breasts. He chloroforms her so he can carry her to his place down the hall.
